Q: Does Oemplus.com offer a free trial?
A: All OEM/CEM members are free. We offer a 30 Day TRIAL period for new distributor members.
Q: How do I sign up for a free trial?
A: Distributor members please go to the Plus Join page and proceed to fill out our membership application in its entirety.
You will not be billed until your Trial has expired.
Q: Who is OEMPLUS?
A: Oemplus is a fee based member generated website for buyers and sellers of electronic components.
Q: Why do you allow OEMS on the site?
A: Oemplus understands the concerns of its members having access to various OEMS but during our developmental stages we had to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of doing so and have concluded that the advantages and benefits to members far outweighed the disadvantages. Let's face it, the internet has given OEMS the access to Source and search for parts as well as finding other suppliers online anyway. So we decided to allow OEMS to search for parts on our site with limited access to supplier information until the Purchase order stages thus by protecting both the OEM and the Distributor member.
Q: Does OEMPLUS take a percentage of OEM excess purchased by its distributor members?
A: Absolutely Not. All sales of OEM excess is strictly between both members.
Q: How do I buy OEM excess?
A: To purchase OEM excess you must do a part search if it is an OEM who has the inventory you are looking for you will then be able to negotiate with the OEM to purchase the inventory.
Q: How often should I update my Inventory?
A: We recommend updates at least once a week. Keeping your inventory updated will prevent you from receiving RFQs for items that you no longer have. We would like to encourage all our members to keep their inventory up to date as a courtesy to all our members.
Q: How can I increase my company's exposure?
A: You will increase your exposure by being a member of our network.
