out of it. This feature allows inventory to be updated 24/7.
SEARCH FOR PARTS/ MULTI-SEARCH:
Members have the capability to search/Multi-Search. Search capabilities
will enhance your search time to results. Our Extensive database allows
you access to a vast network of global OEM’s offering OEM EXCESS as
well as Distributor Inventory. Opening new outlets to expand your supplier
base and buying power.
POST REQUIREMENTS:
OEM’s and Distributors can effortlessly create and submit RFQ’s.
Reduce your searching and sourcing time. RFQ’s will be viewed by thousands
of qualified global suppliers enabling you to receive fast results with
aggressive pricing. Members have the option to remain anonymous thereby
eliminating phone calls in response to your RFQS.
ONLINE NEGOTIATIONS:
Receive offers to your RFQs and respond to offers. Detailed negotiating
format will allow members to negotiate pricing between Buyers and Sellers.
Offers to your RFQs will contain specific information such as date code,
mfg, part numbers and/or description, part condition, min qty, package type
eliminating phone calls back and forth. Negotiating is done in real time
for speed and efficiency for quick results.
MANAGE RFQ’S:
RFQ’s can be edited/deleted and viewed. Keep control of your shortages
in an easy to use RFQ management section. Whether Buying or Selling, keep
track and up to date on all stages of RFQ negotiations using various methods
of notifications and alerts. All RFQs are assigned a number for easy look
up and management.
VIEW OPEN RFQ’S:
Members can view and respond to all OEM and Distributor RFQs posted on

All distributor members will automatically be notified (in real time)
directly from the site when an OEM has posted a new RFQ. Optimizing your

All members have full access to OEM’s excess inventory posted on the
site at competitive prices.
RFQ AUTO-MATCH:
Auto-Matching continuously monitors all your RFQs posted and immediately
notifies you when inventory becomes available that matches your request.
CREATE/SUBMIT ONLINE PURCHASE ORDERS:
After acceptable negotiations have been completed, members can place
secure purchase orders using our simplified on line purchase order system.
Members have the ability to use their own Purchase Order numbering system
or site generated numbering system.
PURCHASE ORDER MANGEMENT:
Members can keep track of all aspects of the PO process. In addition,
Purchase order management will allow members to keep history on all Purchase
orders.
SALES ORDER MANAGEMENT:
Members Sales management will keep a log of all your pending and completed
Sales orders.
